FEMA Notifies Private Insurers of FY2012 NFIP Arrangement Terms

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is required to notify private insurance companies about the terms for subscription or re-subscription to the Write-Your-Own (WYO) Program Financial Assistance/ Subsidy Arrangement (Arrangement) for the Fiscal Year 2012. This notice informs these companies about the availability of the FY2012 Arrangement.
