Safety Zone Established for Firework Displays in Milwaukee Harbor

The U.S. Coast Guard is setting up a temporary safety zone in Milwaukee Harbor, Wisconsin, to prevent vessels from entering the area during two firework displays on July 31, 2011, and August 26, 2011, in order to safeguard spectators and vessels from potential hazards.
