CBP Requests Public Comment on Information Collection Requirement for Foreign Trade Zone Annual Reconciliation Certification and Record Keeping

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is seeking public input on a new information collection requirement related to the annual reconciliation certification and record keeping for Foreign Trade Zones, as part of its ongoing efforts to minimize paperwork and respondent burden, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
