U.S. Coast Guard Submits Information Collection Requests to Office of Management and Budget for Revisions to Various Regulations

The U.S. Coast Guard is seeking public comment on proposed revisions to several information collections, including Certificates of Compliance, International Agreement Pollution Prevention Certificates, and Requirements for Lightering of Oil and Hazardous Material Cargoes, in compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
