Correction to Temporary Final Rule for Wilmington YMCA Triathlon

The US Coast Guard has issued a correction to a Temporary Final Rule published in the Federal Register on September 8, 2011, to correct an error in the line number for a temporary line in the Table to Sec. 100.501, which affected the Wilmington YMCA Triathlon event.
