Coast Guard Announces Availability of Draft PEA for Nationwide IOC Project

The U.S. Coast Guard has made available a Draft Programmatic Environmental Assessment (PEA) for the nationwide implementation of the Interagency Operations Centers (IOC) Project, a collaborative effort to enhance national response capabilities.
