National Bank Non-Interest Charges and Fees

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is adopting an interim final rule to clarify that national banks can charge non-interest charges and fees, including interchange fees from credit and debit card operations. The OCC is seeking public comments on this rule.
