OCC Seeks Public Comment on Renewal of Information Collection for Recordkeeping Requirements in Securities Transactions

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is seeking public comment on the renewal of its information collection, 'Recordkeeping Requirements for Securities Transactions,' as part of its efforts to reduce paperwork and respondent burden. The OCC has submitted the collection to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA).
