DHS Proposes Changes to EB-5 Regulations for Aliens Whose Petitions Were Approved Between 1995 and 1998

The Department of Homeland Security is proposing new rules for the employment creation (EB-5) immigrant classification, specifically for aliens whose petitions were approved by the former Immigration and Naturalization Service between January 1, 1995 and August 31, 1998.
