Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Security Zones for APEC Conference

The US Coast Guard is setting up four temporary security zones off Oahu's southern and western shores to safeguard attendees of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation conference, including the President of the United States and foreign dignitaries.
