U.S. Coast Guard Requests Extension of Information Collection for United States Coast Guard Academy Application Forms

The U.S. Coast Guard is seeking an extension of its approval for collecting information from the public through the United States Coast Guard Academy Application and Supplemental Forms, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
