U.S. Customs and Border Protection Issues Final Determination on Country of Origin of Ethernet Switches

U.S. Customs and Border Protection has concluded that certain Ethernet switches have undergone substantial transformation in the U.S. due to programming operations using U.S.-origin software, making the U.S. the country of origin for purposes of U.S. Government procurement.
