Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Security Zone for Dredge Vessels Patriot and Liberty

The U.S. Coast Guard has set up a 200-yard security perimeter around the Dredge Vessels Patriot and Liberty, operating in the Willamette River and Columbia River, to ensure safety during dredging operations
