USCIS Announces Name Change for Automated Integrated Operating Environment (IOE) to Electronic Immigration System (ELIS)

US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is renaming its Automated Integrated Operating Environment (IOE) to the Electronic Immigration System (ELIS) in response to public comments, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
