Coast Guard Extends Public Comment Period for Chelsea Street Bridge RNA Rule

The U.S. Coast Guard is extending the public comment period for its July 19, 2011, temporary interim rule regarding the Regulated Navigation Area (RNA) on the Chelsea River, which surrounds the Chelsea Street Bridge in Massachusetts, until the rule's effective period ends.
