Coast Guard to Enforce Safety Zone on Chicago Sanitary and Ship Canal

The U.S. Coast Guard will restrict access to a segment of the Chicago Sanitary and Ship Canal from October 31 to November 8, 2011, to protect waterways and vessels from hazards during U.S. Army Corps of Engineers maintenance operations.
