Coast Guard Releases Recommendations from MERPAC and MMMAC on STCW SNPRM

The US Coast Guard has made available recommendations from the Merchant Marine Personnel Advisory Committee (MERPAC) and the Merchant Mariner Medical Advisory Committee (MMMAC) in response to a request to review the Supplemental Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (STCW SNPRM) related to the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers, 1978, and changes to domestic endorsements.
