Special Local Regulations for Key West World Championship

The U.S. Coast Guard is implementing special local regulations in the Atlantic Ocean southwest of Key West, Florida, from November 9 to November 13, 2011, to ensure the safety of life on navigable waters during the Key West World Championship high-speed boat races.
