U.S. Coast Guard Seeks Public Comments on ICRs for Merchant Marine Training and Ballast Water Management

The U.S. Coast Guard is seeking public comments on two Information Collection Requests (ICRs) to extend its approval for collecting data on merchant marine training schools and ballast water management for vessels entering U.S. waters, in compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
