U.S. Customs and Border Protection Requests OMB Review and Approval for Foreign Trade Zone Annual Reconciliation Certification and Record Keeping Requirement Extension

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is requesting OMB review and approval for the extension of the Foreign Trade Zone Annual Reconciliation Certification and Record Keeping Requirement, a previously approved information collection, with no change to the burden hours. The public is invited to comment on this proposal, which was previously published in the Federal Register on September 2, 2011.
