Norfolk Southern 5 Railroad Bridge Drawbridge Operation Temporarily Altered

The Commander of the Fifth Coast Guard District has temporarily waived regulations allowing the Norfolk Southern 5 Railroad Bridge in Norfolk, VA to remain closed on specific dates and times to facilitate new rail installation.
