Temporary Drawbridge Closure for 2011 Orange King Festival Bicycle Race

The Commander of the Eighth Coast Guard District has temporarily exempted the SR 11 Bridge over Doullut Canal in Plaquemines Parish, Louisiana, from its regular drawbridge operation regulations to accommodate the 2011 Orange King Festival Bicycle Race.
