Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Security Zone Off West Oahu Shore

The U.S. Coast Guard is setting up a restricted area in the waters off Oahu's western coast to ensure the safety of President of the United States and his delegation, and entry is only allowed with prior authorization from the Captain of the Port in Honolulu.
