U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Seeks Public Comment on Extension of Form I-129S Information Collection

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is requesting public comments on the extension of its existing information collection for Form I-129S, a petition for an immigrant worker, for an additional three years
