CBP Ends Broker Self-Assessment Outreach Pilot

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has concluded the Broker Self-Assessment Outreach Pilot, a 2009 initiative with customs brokers, and will not pursue another Importer Self-Assessment model, instead collaborating with the National Customs Brokers and Forwarders Association of America (NCBFAA) on trade modernization efforts.
