Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Safety Zone on Upper Mississippi River

The U.S. Coast Guard is creating a temporary safety zone along the Upper Mississippi River, spanning 13.7 miles from Mile 389.4 to 403.1, to facilitate bridge span movement operations and protect navigation, with restricted access only granted to authorized personnel.
