DHS Invites Public Comment on 'Menlo Report' for Cyber Security Division

The Department of Homeland Security is seeking public feedback on the 'Menlo Report', a document outlining ethical principles for Information and Communication Technology Research, in support of the Protected Repository for the Defense of Infrastructure Against Cyber Threats (PREDICT) project.
