Temporary Drawbridge Operation Regulation Deviation Issued for Hanover Street S2 Bridge in Baltimore, MD

The Commander of the Fifth Coast Guard District has temporarily relaxed regulations for the Hanover Street S2 bridge across the Patapsco River in Baltimore, allowing it to open on signal with at least four hours' notice, except during morning and evening rush hours.
