Executive Office for Immigration Review to Review and Revise Regulations for Organization Recognition and Representative Accreditation

The EOIR is seeking public input on proposed changes to its regulations governing the recognition of organizations and accreditation of representatives who appear before the agency, with two public meetings scheduled to discuss the updates
