Federal Judge Approves Pfizer's COVID-19 Vaccine Patent Settlement with Mylan

U.S. District Judge Matthew J. Kachinas has approved a patent settlement between Pfizer and Mylan, resolving a patent dispute over the COVID-19 vaccine. The agreement allows Mylan to manufacture and distribute the vaccine without infringing on Pfizer's patent rights.
