DOJ Extends Compliance Date for ADA Pools and Spas Regulations Until January 31, 2013

The Department of Justice has revised its regulations implementing the Americans with Disabilities Act to extend the compliance date for existing pools and spas until January 31, 2013, allowing state and local governments and public accommodations more time to meet accessibility standards.
