National Institute of Corrections Seeks Proposals for 21st Century Corrections Learning Competency Model

The National Institute of Corrections is soliciting proposals for a 12-month project to develop a competency model for corrections learning professionals, which will identify essential competencies, knowledge, skills, and training strategies for the field of corrections.
