EPA Lodges First Amendment to CERCLA Consent Decree

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has lodged a first amendment to a consent decree under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), a federal law aimed at cleaning up hazardous waste sites. The EPA will work with the parties involved to implement the revised terms of the consent decree.
