DEA Extends Temporary Scheduling of Methylone to April 20, 2013

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has issued a Final Order to temporarily place methylone, a synthetic stimulant, in Schedule I of the Controlled Substances Act (CSA) until April 20, 2013, or completion of rulemaking proceedings, whichever comes first.
