Bureau Requests Comments on Existing Collection of Firearms Licensee Information for NICS System

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) is seeking public comments on its existing collection of information for the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) and is also requesting feedback on a new form related to Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) enrollment and employee responsibilities.
