Indian Health Service Requests Public Comment on Proposed Information Collection for Medical Staff Credentials and Privileges Files

The Indian Health Service (IHS) is seeking public comment on a proposed 30-day information collection project to review and approve the collection of medical staff credentials and privileges files, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
