US Health Secretary Issues Emergency Declaration for Swine Flu Products

The US Secretary of Health and Human Services has issued a declaration under the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act, allowing for the emergency use of certain diagnostic, antiviral, and respiratory products related to the 2009 H1N1 Influenza outbreak, which was declared a national emergency on April 26, 2009.
