Total Inward Leakage Requirements for Respirators

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is reopening the comment period for the notice of proposed rulemaking by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) of CDC, entitled "Total Inward Leakage Requirements for Respirators," published in the Federal Register on October 30, 2009 (74 FR 56141). The comment period on this proposed regulation closed on March 29, 2010 (74 FR 66935) and is being reopened until September 30, 2010.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as part of its continuing effort to reduce public burden and maximize the utility of government information, invites the general public and other federal agencies the opportunity to comment on a proposed information collection, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. This notice invites comment on a proposed information collection project titled Public Health Crisis Response (PHCR) Cooperative Agreement. The Public Health Crisis Response (PHCR) Cooperative Agreement provides rapid funding to help existing public health programs respond to major public health emergencies and crises.
