NIH to Revise Guidelines for Research with Synthetic Nucleic Acids

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) Office of Biotechnology Activities (OBA) is proposing changes to its guidelines for research involving synthetic nucleic acids, in response to public comments and in consultation with the NIH Recombinant DNA Advisory Committee (RAC).
