Agency Information Collection Activities; Proposed Collection; Comment Request; Annual Certification and Data Collection Report Form and Abbreviated Transaction Level Report

The Department of the Treasury, as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, invites the general public and other Federal agencies to comment on proposed and/or continuing information collections, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. Currently, the Community Development Financial Institutions Fund (CDFI Fund), Department of the Treasury, is soliciting comments concerning the Annual Certification and Data Collection Report (ACR) and the abbreviated Transaction Level Report (TLR), which CDFI Certification Applicants and Certified CDFIs will submit through the CDFI Fund's Awards Management Information System (AMIS).
