FDA Releases Guidance on Cigarette and Smokeless Tobacco Regulations

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has released a guidance document outlining its enforcement policies for regulating the sale and distribution of cigarettes and smokeless tobacco products, particularly in relation to protecting children and adolescents. The policies, which will be implemented immediately, include restrictions on the use of brand names and labeling requirements.
