Final Effect of Designation of a Class of Employees for Addition to the Special Exposure Cohort

The US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has announced the final effect of designating a class of Westinghouse Electric Corp. employees as part of the Special Exposure Cohort (SEC) under the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act of 2000. This designation was made on April 5, 2010, as per the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act of 2000.
