Migrant and Seasonal Farmworkers Study: Public Comment Period Announced

The U.S. Department of Agriculture has published a plan to carry out a study on migrant and seasonal farmworkers, in response to a requirement under the 2007 Head Start School Readiness Act, and is seeking public comment on the plan.
