FDA Releases Draft Guidance for Industry on Cigarette and Smokeless Tobacco Regulations

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has made available a draft guidance to assist small businesses in complying with regulations limiting the sale and distribution of cigarettes and smokeless tobacco products to safeguard children and adolescents.
