FDA Issues Emergency Use Authorizations for Certain In Vitro Diagnostic Devices

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has announced the issuance of seven Emergency Use Authorizations (EUAs) for in vitro diagnostic devices related to the 2009 H1N1 flu pandemic, following a public health emergency declaration by the Acting Secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
