OSHA to Hold Informal Public Hearings on Proposed Respiratory Protection and Safety Rules

OSHA is set to schedule a series of public hearings on proposed rules related to respiratory protection and physical hazards, with the first hearing starting on August 19, 2026, following the publication of the rules in the Federal Register on July 1, 2025, except for the Walking-Working Surfaces proposal, which was published on April 6, 2026.
