Fisher Petition Listing Decision Not Warranted, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Announces 12-Month Finding

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has announced a 12-month finding on a petition to list a distinct population segment of the fisher in its U.S. Northern Rocky Mountain range as endangered or threatened, and has determined that listing is not warranted at this time.
