U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Announces Availability of Draft Habitat Conservation Plan and Environmental Assessment for Kauai Lagoons Resort and Golf Course Permit Application

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has received an application from Kauai Lagoons LLC for an incidental take permit to authorize the take of eight bird species at the Kauai Lagoons Resort and Golf Course on Kauai, HI, as part of a 30-year habitat conservation plan and environmental assessment.
