Bureau of Land Management Announces Plans for Environmental Impact Statement and Land Use Plan Amendment for Ocotillo Sol Solar Project

The Bureau of Land Management is preparing an Environmental Impact Statement for the Ocotillo Sol Solar Energy Facility, a 15-18 megawatt solar energy project, and may amend the California Desert Conservation Area Plan. The agency is soliciting public comments and segregating public lands for a 2-year period to process the project's right-of-way authorization request.
