BLM Finalizes Rule Requiring Noxious-Weed-Free Forage and Straw on Idaho Lands

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) in Idaho is implementing a new rule requiring the use of certified noxious-weed-free forage and straw on BLM-managed lands, in cooperation with the U.S. Forest Service and Idaho State Department of Agriculture, to support Idaho's noxious weed laws.
